To the woman holding it all together,
For over a decade, I spent my career immersed in the logic. But behind the screens and the strategies, I ran into a wall that no amount of logic could fix: you cannot out-strategize a nervous system that is chronically running on empty.

My own search for relief led me away from the whiteboard and into the body. It became a beautiful unraveling into holistic and spiritual discovery exploring Reiki, Human Design, and astrology, and ultimately developing a somatic movement meditation three years ago that finally allowed my own body to exhale.

The Continuum is the sanctuary I wish I had when I was carrying the weight of the world. It is an intimate, private circle where the armor comes off. I am here to hold the space and the structure so that, for a few moments each month, you don't have to manage a single thing.

What if I can't make the live calls?
We know how life can be. The most recent call will always be available in your membership portal so that you can replay it on your own time.
Is this 1:1 coaching?
No, this is group regulation. However, members receive priority access and exclusive rates for private operational and somatic consulting
How does the membership work?
This is a month-to-month membership that can be canceled anytime. If you decide to end your membership and return, you lose the $79 Founding Circle rate.
