Service Description

Most of us spend our lives in our heads planning, analyzing, optimizing, pushing forward. We've been taught that the answers live in strategy, in the next framework, in doing more and thinking harder. But there's another kind of intelligence available to you. One that lives in your body, in the sensations, signals, and quiet knowing that get drowned out when life moves too fast. This free guided somatic practice is your introduction to that intelligence. In approximately 20 minutes, you'll be led through a grounding body scan, a breath-based practice to settle your nervous system, and a somatic awareness exercise designed to help you notice what your body is already trying to tell you. The session closes with a single reflective question to help you integrate what surfaced. You don't need any prior experience with somatic work. You don't need to know what you're looking for. You only need a quiet space and a willingness to slow down long enough to listen. This practice is the foundation of everything offered at Capture Your Dream.
